The Island's public health directorate has released a video explaining its priorities for the coming year.
The Youtube video features Dr Henrietta Ewart, the new director of public health.
She says a number of topics need to be tackled, including smoking, alcohol and drug abuse and poor diet.
But before that can happen, Dr Ewart says one particular problem needs looking at:
