A victims' rights campaigner has declared her intention to stand in this year's general election.
Christine Urquhart will contest the Douglas East seat when the Island goes to the polls on September 23.
In her declaration - she says she will continue to advocate for victims of sexual violence.
Some of her key policies of interest include mental health, health and social care, education and affordable housing.
