The motorcyclist who was killed following a road traffic collision last week has now been named.
19 year old Laxey resident, Douglas Aaron Spencer, known as Doug, died following the incident near to the Ballabeg Level Crossing in Baldrine last Wednesday.
The Police have praised the public following their response to the appeal for witnesses.
However they are still asking anyone who saw a black Yamaha bike ridden towards Laxey, or a silver coloured Honda Jazz car driven towards Baldrine, to come forward.
