5 Times Winner Warns Public To Stay Hydrated
It's looking as though we could be in for perfect conditions this weekend for the Parish Walk, with Sunshine and humidity.
This however does not bode well for the walkers themselves with the heat and humiditiy sure to make the 85 mile walk an uncomfortable experience.
It's in stark contrast to 2008 when the walkers had to contend with severe rainstorms throughout the whole day.
Temperatures are forecast to be around the early 20s.
Most importantly the walkers are reminded to keep themselves well hydrated, drinking small amounts regulary, there will of course be water stations dotted about the course.
Aswell as water entrants are reminded to make sure they drink equal amounts of Isotonic drinks to replace all of the salt lost.
5 times Parish Walk Winner Robbie Callister said he thinks it's going to be tough.
