Ramsey Commissioners says verbal abuse towards its staff will not be tolerated.
The board issued a post on its social media earlier today, following an incident with the refuse wagon.
In the post it says " We have an obligation to collect refuse and we do our utmost not to inconvenience residents, however there are some locations where it's impossible to provide collections without causing some disruption to traffic."
The authority goes on to say its routes are fixed so the times it gets to areas tend to be the same week on week.
Ramsey Commissioners lastly ask for understanding and co-operation from residents on collection days while we work.
