Vandals target Rushen Football Club

Vandals have caused extensive damage to a football club in the south of the Island.

A large stone was thrown through the kitchen window at Rushen Football Club last week.

Other windows at the clubhouse were also targeted - there have also been reports of broken bottles being left on the playing field.

The incidents have been reported to the police - club bosses say they've now been forced to install six CCTV cameras around the venue to try and deter any more vandalism.
