Police say a motorist will be appearing in court after failing a breath test - and turning out to have no driving licence.
Officers from the Roads Policing Unit stopped a white van on Derby Square in Douglas yesterday evening.
The driver failed a roadside breath test and was arrested.
Police the message is simple - don't drink or drug drive.
