People responding to a government consultation say value for money is their least-considered factor when considering health and care.
The Department of Health and Social Care has published the results of aa consultation it carried out as it puts together new health and care laws.
In the consultation it asked people to list their most important considerations.
Top came people's wishes, followed by access to bespoke or specialist care - and bottom of their list was value to money.
