Police are reminding people to take valuables out of their cars and lock their vehicles following a theft in Douglas.
It comes as officers look to trace a purse and bag which were taken from a car in the area of Hutchinson Square sometime between 5pm last Sunday (August 18) and 9am on Monday this week (August 19).
The constabulary took to social media with images of the missing items, asking if anyone has been offered them recently or may have information about what happened.
Anyone who has details which could help authorities are being asked to contact PC 287 Mark Hempsall or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
