The updates are designed to boost security, says the Manx government.
The advice comes from the Manx government's Office of Cyber-Security and Information Assurance this week.
Apple has issued updates for its main operating systems this week in response to security threats, and the office says people should update as soon as possible to make sure their data isn't at risk.
It also advises people to monitor and review security updates for all their systems and devices as well as implement security patches as soon as you can.
This week, a number of critical and important security updates have been released for Microsoft and Apple operating systems, services and software.
