The head of the union representing bus drivers says strike action is almost inevitable.
All 100 bus drivers are in the process of being balloted to determine if they want to take part in the disruptive course of action.
It follows government’s decision to make changes to employees’ terms and conditions in order to make savings of around £300,000.
The ballot will end next week on December 12th and there will then be a seven day cooling off period. It means if drivers do decide to strike it could be over the busy Christmas period.
