A businessman's appeared in court charged with defying a driving ban and abusing staff at two companies.
Richard Malcolm Powell of Lhergy Cripperty in Union Mills appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas Courthouse.
He's pleaded not guilty to two counts of using threatening words or behaviour and one of driving whilst disqualified.
The court heard he's said to have abused staff at Island Tyres and Exhaust on South Quay in Douglas and Jacksons on Cooil Road in Braddan.
And on July 19 he's accused of driving a white Audi Q7 to the Aston Martin showroom at Jackson's, breaching a court-imposed driving ban.
Mr Arrowsmith bailed him to appear again on October 8, also giving him permission to visit Ireland and London for meetings.
