There's no guarantee that the Bushy's beer tent will be in place for this year's TT fortnight.
The company is in the process of putting together a tender for the Loch Promenade site, which it's occupied for the last 15 years.
It follows a decision last year by Douglas Borough Council which announced it was putting the site out to tender after revealing it loses £6,000 during the time it isn't a car park.
Bushy’s owner Martin Brunnschweiler told us he doesn't think Bushy's would look for another Douglas location if the application is unsuccessful:
