A tradesman jailed for defrauding customers out of more than £28,000 is to appeal against his sentence.
In May, Craig Brown of Buxton in Derbyshire was sent to prison for two years after admitting 13 counts of fraud by false representation.
The court heard he'd taken deposits from 13 victims for work by his company Nexus Joinery and Property Maintenance between September 2021 and September 2022.
He's due to appear before Judge of Appeal Cross at a hearing on June 24.
