A massage therapist in the UK has won a trademark battle with the government over the TT initials.
Target Therapies of Basingstoke faced a legal challenge over its use of the initials, according to law firm Moore Barlow.
But the clinic in Basingstoke managed to secure UK trademark rights to its brand's name and logo despite the objections over potential conflict with the TT racing.
Company founder Nick Claxson described it as a huge win for a small, independent business.
