A UK man has been fined £450 for riding his bike on closed roads.
Earlier this week 44-year-old Jason Horn from Stoke on Trent overtook the Roads Open Car at the 33rd milestone following a practice session.
However, he than handed himself into police the following day and appeared in court yesterday.
He was fined £400 and ordered to pay £50 costs.
Police say they'll continue to support marshals and take action against anyone disregarding road closures.
