An Essex man who climbed onto a pub roof to get away from police has landed in court.
James Dennis Doe of Hunting Gate in Colchester appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 36 year old groundworker headbutted a man in Bar Logo in Ramsey on June 30 before climbing onto the Plough pub and Ravioli House.
Magistrates fined him £900 and ordered him to pay £125 costs - saying if he couldn't pay immediately he'd be jailed for 60 days.
