UK local authorities may threaten local business

That's according to the Chief Minister - at the Conservative Party Conference last week, it was announced that greater powers will be dispersed through to local authorities. 

 

Allan Bell says this means they can be more flexible with their tax rates. 

 

He explains that it won't be an issue in the short-term - but we need to be mindful of the long-term consequences:
