The Islands Department of Health are offering help if any Manx residents are questioned by UK doctors about the health agreement.
Some doctors in the UK are under the mistaken impression that Manx residents should be charged for healthcare.
The uncertainty comes after the recent u-turn in ending the health agreement.
If you are stuck in a situation where the doctors may be unaware the agreement is still in place, you can call the Islands health service to clarify the situation.
