A UK company will come to the Island next week to 'remove rust' from the horse tram tracks on Douglas Prom.
'Vossloh' will get underway next Friday (July 15) for just under two weeks - finishing on July 26.
However, MyProm says it shouldn't cause any disruption to traffic flow.
It adds the reason for the work is to 'reduce the noise generated from the rails as the trams pass over.'
