The National air traffic control body has extended its unprecedented restrictions on UK airspace until at least 01:00 tomorrow morning. (Saturday)
All flights were cancelled till 19:00Hrs this evening but that's now been extended.
Manx airspace has been closed up to a 12-mile limit.
Manx2.com announced plans to run a shuttle service between the Isle of Man and Blackpool and hopefully Belfast today as they fly at lower altitude, missing the area affected by the volcanic ash but all other flights in and out of Ronaldsway are cancelled.
