Tynwald members won't pay for their parking spaces yet, after Legislative Council defeated a motion in the court this week.
Glenfaba and Peel MHK Kate Lord-Brennan asked members to back a motion that would see them pay for government car park spaces.
Infrastructure Minister Michelle Haywood put forward an amendment to have Tynwald members pay from October, with public servants following suit in January.
Legislative Council members voted down that amendment, and the issue will now be discussed again in October.
