Onchan MHK Julie Edge will quiz Education, Sport and Culture Minister Daphne Caine during questions.
She wants to know how many such youngsters have access to the Ardwhallan outdoor centre - and in a separate question she'll ask how children not in education are monitored by the department.
Tynwald is due to sit in Douglas from 10am on Tuesday.
