New rules aimed at capping the cost of gas on the Island will be discussed by Tynwald later this month.
The Gas Tariff Fixing Parameters Regulations will be discussed by the court during its March sitting.
The regulations would cap Manx Gas earnings, repaying any extra to customers and will allow Manx Gas to set its own prices within guidelines set by the Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority.
If approved, the new rules would come into force on April 1.
