Tynwald members look set to debate the Island's transport links next month.
Onchan MHK Julie Edge and Douglas Central MHK Chris Thomas will ask for a general debate when the court sits next month.
The debate about Island connectivity comes after the topic was discussed during this week's government conference.
Tynwald is due to sit from October 15.
