Questions are to be presented to Tynwald in the first ever paper to appear during the court's traditional summer recess.
Members have put forward 17 questions for written reply.
President of Tynwald Steve Rodan says the Tynwald Standing Orders Committee made changes 3 years ago that allow members to question government - though that provision has not been used yet.
Mr Rodan says it's an opportunity for members to voice the public's concerns over the summer period:
