A new strategy will identify the areas of the Island most at risk of erosion and flooding.
The first ever 'National Strategy on Sea Defences, Flooding and Coastal Erosion' will go before Tynwald for approval next week.
It aims to raise awareness of the risks of flooding and coastal erosion, to manage the impact of it on communities and infrastructure as well as prioritising investment into at risk areas.
