Roadworks on a busy section near Douglas Promenade get underway today for the next few weeks.
Temporary two-way traffic lights will be in place 24/7 on King Edward Road opposite the Manx Electric Railway depot whilst the sea wall there undergoes improvement works.
The Department of Infrastructure says the project is expected to take around three to four weeks to complete.
A pedestrian walkway will be made through the site so access on foot is maintained.
