Two people have been taken to hospital following a two-vehicle collision outside the Grandstand.
It comes following emergency services being called to Glencrutchery Road in Douglas just after 11.30am.
Firefighters cut free a casualty from each vehicle involved - who were then taken to Noble's Hospital.
The road will remain closed until 2:30pm while investigations are carried out.
