Two commissioners have resigned in the north of the Island.
Ramsey Town Commissioners announced on social media Patrick Ayres and Eric Corkish have stepped down from the local authority.
It's now advertising to fill the two vacancies in the north and south wards of the town.
If more than one candidate comes forward, it could trigger by-elections for the seats.
