Two people had to be cut free from a car following a collision in the Island capital yesterday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to a two-vehicle crash at Quarterbridge in Douglas at 4.15pm on Sunday in what was their third callout to an RTC in the space of 24 hours.
Using hydraulic equipment, crews were able to free two occupants from one of the vehicles and the casualties were then handed into the care of paramedics who transported them to Noble's Hospital.
The fire service is once again urging motorists to take extra care on the roads and drive to the conditions, leave extra space between you and the car and front and to consider if your journey is essential.
