Two men will stand trial after being accused of handling goods stolen from a derelict hotel site.
36 year old Loic Joseph Bourdiec from Lewthwaites Way in Port St Mary and 27 year old Robert Joe Kneale of Edremony in Port Erin appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday.
Both men entered a not guilty plea to the charge which allegedly took place at Costain's Scrap Metal Merchants in Foxdale between November 2016 and January this year.
The court was told more than £4,000 worth of copper pipes and tanks had been stolen from the Golf Links Hotel at Fort Island and then sold to the metal merchants.
A pre-trial review will take place on September 21- both men have been bailed until that date.
