Castletown and Braddan Commissioners have asked the Department of Infrastructure to keep the social housing rents at a five percent increase.
This would match current inflation rates but the government department will have the final say for 2024/2025.
Onchan Commissioners has requested a zero percent increase.
The DOI has raised the social housing rents for the last two years.
