The Chief Minister says he is looking at merging two major government departments but no firm decision has yet been made.
The Departments of Health and Social Care could join forces once again under radical re-shuffle plans.
Although nothing is set in stone Allan Bell says work behind the scenes is ongoing to work out whether such a merger could work.
