Two former stores in Douglas could become new apartments in the heart of the Island capital.
A planning application has been submitted to transform the former tattoo parlour and launderette at number 22-24 on Broadway into three apartments.
The project would also involve internal refurbishments, the creation of a workshop unit, two pavement terraces and changes to the entrances.
The proposals are now subject to approval from planning officials.
