Alzheimer's Society Isle of Man is calling on all knitters and crocheters to make 'twiddle muffs' for people living with dementia on the Island.
They're double thickness hand muffs with bits and bobs attached inside to provide stimulation activity for patients with restless hands, and the society says there's a need for them in Noble's and Ramsey Cottage hospital.
Because of infection control, they also ensure that they are not shared or re-used, so the more they can get, the better.
The pattern for the muffs and address to send them to can be found on the Alzheimer's Society IOM Facebook page.
