TT Update: Details of rescheduled races

Racing has been delayed due to the heavy clouds and intermittent showers.

Today’s racing has been delayed due to the heavy clouds and intermittent showers.

The adverse weather has pushed this morning’s second Supersport race back with the Arai Parade Lap now taking place at 11.45am, The Supersport race will now be getting underway at 12.30pm.

Lots of riders potentially in the frame for podium finishes on this one, eyes will be on Ozzie rider Cameron Donald, Michael Dunlop, Gary Johnson and of course Bruce Anstey who will all be contending for the top spot.

Guy Martin, Conor Cummins, Keith Amor and John Mcguinness will also be out to prove a point.

A revised time for the second Sure Sidecar race is yet to be confirmed but once it gets underway Klaus Klaffenbock and Dan Sayle looking to secure their fourth TT win.

Today will also see racers competing in the TT Zero event, vying for the £10,000 prize, the revised time for that is also yet to be established.

The Crossing points are scheduled to start opening from St Ninian’s at 3.20pm and all close again by 3.50pm, the provisional roads reopening time stands at 6.10pm.
