A former motorbike racer who put in a bid to promote the TT says he believes the event should be run as a social enterprise.
Barrie Baxter says the running of the motorsport festival should involve the Manx community.
This week he gave evidence to the Economic Policy Review Committee about the failed Vision Nine deal which the Department of Economic Development ditched last year.
He said concerns about the tender process started early on when solid financial information wasn't forthcoming:
