TT rider Nathan Harrison says he's recovering well from severe injuries after his recent crash, being able to stand up with a walking frame for the first time.
The Manxman crashed in the National Superstock 1000 race at Donington Park earlier this month, suffering a back fracture and a broken femur.
He's currently in a Liverpool hospital, saying the crash "felt like getting hit by a train".
The 27 year old from Onchan was the youngest person to ever win the Junior and Senior Manx Grand Prix.
Harrison posted on social media he hoped the rider who was involved in the same incident was also recovering well - with Scotsman Callum Grigor having been placed in a coma.
