A sidecar racer had his court case adjourned because he was riding in the TT the day he was due to appear.
41 year old Derek Lynch of Oakhill Court in Douglas was due before magistrates on June 6 over charges of driving without insurance or a licence.
The offences are alleged to have been committed on May 25.
He wrote to magistrates requesting an adjournment.
Magistrates granted the request and his case will now be heard on June 13.
