A sports club in Ballasalla is seeking to create accommodation for visitors to the Island's motorbike festivals.
Ronaldsway Sports and Social Club has put forward plans to create a temporary site on its playing fields for up to 152 bell tents - which could house over 600 people - for the TT, Southern 100 and Festival of Motorcycling.
In its application it would also provide portable toilets and shower facilities.
The site would be put up and taken down one week either side of each event.
