TT 2012 to feature 5 fan zones

Each will have a grandstand with up to 300 seats and will also feature catering and toilet facilities, free wi-fi, free parking and enhanced PA systems relaying live radio commentary.

The five venues will be the Crosby Jump, Rhencullen, Ballacrye, Ginger Hall and Creg-ny-Baa – all iconic spots.

It’s all part of catering for the increasing global reputation of the TT as one of the world’s best spectator events.

Tickets for next year’s event are already outselling previous years and it’s expected 2012 will be the biggest festival yet.

Last week it was also announced that there will be a direct return flight from Milan for up to 148 people.

Tickets for the fan zones, including guaranteed grandstand seat, are available for each of the four race days and are priced at £25 or £20 for midweek races.
