Trip to space will cost as much as $20 million study reveals

The International Institute of Space Commerce have published up-to-date data owing to the increasing demand for personal space travel.

 

It’s of particular relevance to the Isle of Man, which is seeing Space Commerce emerge as a major revenue generator.

 

Company Excalibur Almaz are based here, they’re working towards regular space trips for wealthy individuals with two space stations currently stored here.

 

The study evaluated that prices for the flights will range from $5 to 20 million dollars between 2012-2022.

 

As it stands there is already an Island resident who has been part of a separate space trip, he wishes to remain anonymous however.

 

Although the company would operate from the Island the missions would not be launching from here.
