Tributes have been paid to the Isle of Man's Attorney General.
On 2 January the Manx government announced the death of John Quinn who died following a short period of illness.
The President of Tynwald, Laurence Skelly described Mr Quinn as a "consummate professional" while a Hospice spokesman said they are grateful for his "unstinting friendship and support".
Mr Skelly continued: "John Quinn was highly respected member of Tynwald and most of all loving family man.".
Mr Quinn has been described by colleagues as a "brilliant lawyer who made a huge contribution to the island".
