The Island's largest local authority is paying tribute to a former mayor who died at the weekend.
Ritchie McNicholl served as a Douglas councillor for 28 years and was mayor four times until he retired in 2021.
Council Leader Devon Watson described him as a diligent and committed councillor.
The flag at Douglas City Hall will be lowered on the day of his funeral.
