Tributes are being paid to a Ramsey commissioner who's died.
Stephen Kelly was elected to represent the town's North Ward in 2021.
He became Lead Member for Works and Development, and the local authority says he died after a long battle with illness.
Chairman Robert Cowell described him as a superb asset to Ramsey Town Commissioners and Ramsey as a whole.
