A Douglas woman will stand trial after denying defrauding the benefit system.
37-year-old Yvonne Tracey Byron, of Keppel Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday.
She’s accused of failing to inform the government that her circumstances had changed.
It’s alleged this resulted in an overpayment of more than £2,000 between December 2017 and May this year.
A pre-trial review will take place on October 11th - she’s been bailed until that date.
