A Castletown man will stand trial next year after being accused of causing serious bodily harm to a woman at a petrol station.
52-year-old David Nigel Kelly, of School Hill Avenue, appeared at Douglas Courthouse on Thursday.
He denied driving without due care and consideration at Station Garage on Victoria Road in Castletown on June 13th.
It follows an incident in which a woman suffered a dislocated shoulder, and fractured hip, after being hit by a reversing car.
A pre-trial review will take place on February 14th - he's been bailed until that date.
