A Douglas man who's been accused of assaulting a police officer will stand trial in December.
39-year- old Gavin Royston Organ, of Drury Terrace, denies committing the offence on April 8.
He's also pleaded not guilty to resisting a police officer on the same date and of obtaining services without payment.
A trial will take place on December 4 - he's been bailed until then.
