52-year-old Stephen James Wharton, from Kirkdale, appeared at Douglas Courthouse earlier this week.
He's previously pleaded not guilty to two charges of producing cannabis on January 28th and two of possessing the Class B substance with intent to supply.
The case has now been elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery - there was no application for bail and he was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until his next appearance on a date to be set.
